Courtney lives and works in Northwest Indiana, however, she is a proud Wisconsin native. Courtney received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in December 2015 from Purdue University Northwest. During her time in college, she worked with individuals with developmental disabilities providing in home care, as well as working in the behavioral science lab on campus conducting studies on self-efficacy. She also volunteered at a hospice agency providing companionship care.

After graduating, Courtney immediately began working in the field of child welfare providing a vast array of services to parents involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services. She also spent two years working in the field of Domestic Violence as a State Certified Batterer’s Intervention Facilitator. 
After working for three years in the field of child welfare, Courtney followed her heart to work with victims of sexual assault and abuse. Her goal is to provide compassionate advocacy to all who utilize Fair Haven’s services. 

Outside of work, Courtney is an avid football fan rooting for the Green Bay Packers. She enjoys spending time with family and friends as much as possible.
